Luncheon January 17th: “Building a Safety Culture: Lessons Learned from an Oil & Gas Assignment in Poland.”

Please join us on Tuesday, January 17, 2017, from 11:30am – 1pm, for our monthly ASSE luncheon meeting.  Remember, we are now meeting at the Petroleum Club of Anchorage, which is located at 3301 C Street, Suite 120, Anchorage, AK 99503.

After networking with your peers and eating a great lunch, we will have an opportunity to learn from Matt Garner, HSE Director, Western North Slope & Exploration, ConocoPhillips Alaska, Inc.  Matt’s presentation will be focused on “Building a Safety Culture: Lessons Learned from an Oil & Gas Assignment in Poland.”

In addition to the Petroleum Club’s Caesar salad, you have two choices for an entrée.  Both entrées will be served with two chef selected sides. 

  1. Option 1:  Cuban Marinated Roast Pork, mushrooms and onion demi-glaze.
  2. Option 2: Chicken Cordon Bleu, chicken breast, imported ham & Swiss cheese, with Asiago cheese sauce.

Join us for a festive Holiday event together with the Society of American Military Engineers as we play a game of Safety and Engineering Jeopardy! Or… just sit back and enjoy! Prizes, door prizes, delicious food, and great networking as you’ll meet people from across Alaska’s different industries and branches of the military. Please be sure to reserve your seat soon.

a. Option 1: Chicken Marsala – Grilled Chicken Breast with a Mushroom Marsala Wine Sauce
b. Option 2: Grilled Filet of Salmon – Jalapeño Vodka Béarnaise Sauce

ASSE November 15th Luncheon – FBI: Active Shooter Safety

Please join us on Tuesday, November 15, 2016, for our monthly ASSE luncheon meeting. Remember, we are now meeting at the Petroleum Club of Anchorage, which is located at 3301 C Street, Suite 120, Anchorage, AK 99503.

After networking with your peers and eating a great lunch, we will have an opportunity to learn from an agent with the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) regarding active shooter safety.

In addition to the Petroleum Club’s Caesar Salad, you have two choices for an entrée. Both entrées will be served with two chef selected sides.

Option 1: Grilled 8oz New York Strip Steak, topped with mushrooms and glazed onions

Option 2: Zatamoto Chicken, teriyaki pepper marinated chicken breast and a shrimp pasta

When: 11:30am to 1:00pm
